We’ve been watching a couple of REOs on Huntington, and had a set of Padres tickets riding on the outcome – what would be the combined total of the two sales prices?

Here is the youtube video tour of the two houses:
congrats to local boy, that’s pretty good!
hey jim, there’s no second prize on the DOM guess? I’m within 7 days!! =)
Can’t believe the 6344 sold for less and it has more upgrades with complete landscape. What the heck the buyer(s) was thinking paying more for the other house. Knife catcher!
I was was too pessimistic. I’m before my time, an enigma in my own life. 🙂
Man, I suck. At least it looks like we are running out of knife catchers.
6344 eventhough has more upgrades, the backyard is smaller and no privacy at all (there’s a walking trail behind it).
Whereas the 6363 has huge backyard with view.
Wow–I guess my dartboard is more accurate that I had thought! Ironically enough, I have on my list of things to do today: “Buy Padres Tix”- I’ll go ahead and cross that one off! By the way Jim–Thanks for organizing these little contests and for putting out such a fantastic Website/Blog–It is not only fun, but very informational! Congrats on the recent publicity as well!
Nice call LB!
Congrats, LB.
Luckily you consider Padres tix a prize and not a penalty like I would. 🙂
Congratulations, Local Boy! 🙂
Oooh… I was so close! Drat!
Congrats Local Boy.
TJ-After tonite’s loss you might be right–Luckily baseball is a LONG season!!!
Go Dodgers
yes, 21 years after the last “good season” this season does look promising for the boys in blue.
