So they take down a school site because enrollment has dwindled because of gentrification. The old folks die off and the younger generation moves in with kids and new schools need to be built. Rinse and repeat. I am glad the Olmsted guys had more forethought when they planed other communities.
Those models are extremely well laid out. So different from the old bubble days of weird floor plans and wasted space.

Great video Jim. Thanks for coming down from North County to show Bubbleinfo readers that things are really happening in Clairemont. Rumor has it that if Tavara Ridge is a success, Cadman Elementary is next to fall to residential housing. Cadman has some nice views of Mission Bay. Maybe $2M?

The land (16.58 acres) was sold by SD Unified School District in 2014 for $13,200,000.
