   Thanks Jim. I’ve enjoyed and followed you since I lived in SoCal and bought my condo in May of 2011 in Aliso Viejo.

   Unfortunately I sold in December 2014. A little profit but not the 250K I’d have available now if I had kept it!

   Now I’m trying to move back to SoCal. I can’t wait to get back.

   I have a small sum available for a down payment (or VA loan) and can be patient and wait for something attractive.
