   Comment great video and great commentary. My take, at 1,638,500 is an great buy super area although I like Encinitas oceanfront condo’s better, better view and hipper town, still the price for oceanfront was very very fair.

   You only live once, my advice if you can….live on the edge…..everybody east of you wants to be where you are and that is a heck of a lot people.

   I believe you cannot build multiunit dwellings directly oceanfront any more from the CC. You can still build a mega mansion or SFR.

   That makes the long term value of that condo looking very good since supply has been taken out of the picture.

   Jim when are we going to see you Video/Commentary of Encinitas Enclave..the last video I remember was shot while they were building, we need you take on quality of build and long term value> Thanks

   I’ll get there but I fear a bit of a letdown from Davidson quality – these are his models, I believe.

   In my opinion Cal West is one of the best new home buyers out there, just look at Upper Cielo, in Rancho Santa Fe which is now sold out, Some of the best new home builds and buys I have ever seen. They took over the project, and I think if they are anywhere near Upper Cielo..they will be amazing
